Payment is necessary to reserve a seat.
Make checks payable to Friends of Hadley Council on Aging.
The trip gets canceled if enough people don’t sign up 3 months in advance.
REFUNDS
Trips are paid at least 30 days in advance. If you cancel after the trip has been paid,
you should try to find a substitute for your spot. If there is a waitlist, people from the
list will be called if you have not found a substitute for your spot on the trip.
It is not guaranteed that people on the wait list will still be interested
at a late notice, so the possibility of a refund is not guaranteed.
TRIP INSURANCE
Trip insurance is available and is encouraged for overnight trips. Trip insurance
is available but can be expensive for day trips and most travelers do not purchase
it for day trips.
